Kendall is a member of our team at Robina and is one of the warm and friendly faces you will see upon arrival to our clinic. Kendall has completed a course in Business management and is our senior receptionist. Kendall’s responsibilities include organising appointments, coordinating surgical lists and bookings and liaising with patients.
Louise is a member of our team on reception at Robina and Ballina. Louise has a vast amount of experience as a medical receptionist and is always happy to assist patients with any inquiries. She is responsible for scheduling appointments in our clinic and all general administrative tasks.
Judith is a member of our team on reception at Robina and is responsible for surgical bookings and billing. Judith is happy to help with any inquiries regarding surgical bookings and clinical appointments.
Jacqui is a member of our team at Robina and is one of the warm and friendly faces you will see upon arrival to our clinic. Jacqui's responsibilities include coordinating surgical lists and bookings. Jacqui is always happy to assist all patients in regards to any surgical booking enquiries.
Donna is a member of our team at Robina and will greet you at reception for your appointment. Donna has many years of experience in the medical industry and is involved in all aspect of administration including medical typing.
Rebecca graduated from La Trobe University in Melbourne in 2008 with a Bachelor of Orthoptic and Ophthalmic Sciences. Rebecca also has completed a Bachelor of Science (Microbiology) from the University of Queensland in 2004. Rebecca has extensive experience as an Orthoptist and has worked across various locations in Queensland. Rebecca is a member of the Orthoptics Association of Australia and is registered with the Orthoptic Board. She has presented several times at various ophthalmic conferences. Her special interests include low vision, paediatric screening, patient education and macular disorders. Rebecca is our full-time Orthoptist at the Robina rooms.
Anisa has graduated with a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Orthoptics from La Trobe University in 2015 and has had the opportunity of being taught by some of the most accomplished professionals in the field of Orthoptics. She is skilled in ophthalmic and orthoptic clinical skills and practices and is enthusiastic about eye health care and eye health practices for everyone. She has received training on the latest procedures, equipment and research during her fourth year of internship. Anisa is a member of Orthoptics Australia and The Australian Orthoptic Board and systematically participates in continuing education seminars. Glaucoma monitoring, cataract and diabetic screening, orthoptic assessment for squint, ocular motility assessment and neurological patients are some of Anisa’s special interests in eye health care.
Karen is our Director of Nursing at the Robina Procedure Centre and has 34 years experience in the nursing profession. Karen has specialized in Ophthalmic nursing for 25 years in a variety of countries including England, New Zealand, USA and has currently resided in Australia for the past 15 years. Her special interests include intravitreal injections and patient education. Karen's is responsible for coordinating multiple surgical lists for a variety of different surgeries.
